چکیده
قامت الباحثة بدراسة استهدفت التعرف على تأثيربرنامج تعليمى ذاتى بإستخدام منصة الکترونية Balet lessons at home تعلم بعض مهارات الباليه فى ظل جائحة کورونا (Covid 19) ، واستخدمت المنهج التجريبى ذو القياسين القبلى و البعدى وذلک لمجموعتين إحداهما مجموعة تجريبية والأخرى مجوعة ضابطة وتم تطبيق البحث عينة من طالبات الفرقة الثانية، بکلية التربية الرياضية بنات جامعة الزقازيق للعام الدراسى (2019م - 2020م ) وبلغ قوام العينة الکلية (70) طالبة تم إختيارهن بالطريقة العمدية تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين وکان کلا منهما (30) و( 10) للعينة الاستطلاعية وتوصلت بعد إجراء هذا لعدد النتائج کان أهمها اجراء منصات تعليمية خاصة بالمقررات الدراسية والتعليمية لطالبات کلية الرياضة وعمل دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم والطالبات لتدريبهم المنصات الإلکترونية تفوق أفراد المجموعة التجريبية التى استخدمت البرنامج التعليمى الذاتى المقترح خلال الضابطة کافة المهارات قيد البحث.
